If you prefer to provide a guarantor, this can be either one person who is a home owner, or two people who work, and who can provide proof of their income. We can sometimes accept a deposit to the value of half a month's rent and one working guarantor.


Agency/Admin fee:

Standard: £250.00 (not per tenant), payable before tenancy start date
Reserve property: The agency fee can be paid in advance at any point to reserve the property. Reservation / agency fees are non refundable.

Pay in instalments: Agency fee can be paid in instalments, at a slightly higher rate of £300.00

Rooms: Reduced agency fee of £150.00

Some properties don't have any admin fees, in which case this will be clearly stated in the property listing and advert.
