The Propertini AI (Artificial Intelligence) engine currently has no confidence in its ability to predetermine your search requirements, so your search results will be unaffected by this feature - The more you use Propertini, the better its ability to predict what you're looking for will be and the more assistance it will be able to offer.

The Propertini Artificial Intelligence Engine (PAIE, pronounced: pie) is based on a proprietary algorithm developed by our quantitative engineers and mathematicians. Think of it in a similar way to how a game may be programmed to allow computer controlled opponents to compete against you in a seemingly human-like manner.
When enabled, PAIE uses a number of factors in order to predetermine your likely requirements and tailor the results you see appropriately. In brief:
When you search, PAIE uses the parameters you use, together with your previous activity and records of previous users' similar searches to consider where you may be looking for property (location), the type of property in which you're interested (property type) and the type of tenancy you are interested in (listing type).
When you filter the initially presented search results, the above predetermination is improved by factoring in your desired price range, size of property and other specifications. Depending on your activity and that of previous users, this will either increase or decrease PAIE's confidence in understanding your requirements and the effect on your results will be weighted accordingly. for example, if you frequently search for properties within the same, or similar location PAIE may conclude that this is an important factor in your search and may broaden other criteria to ensure you don't miss out on potentially interesting property that may not exactly match your other selections.
